Voyages du geste # 1 – 2000 – Avignon

48 young artists / 7 trainers
Duration : 3 weeks – july 2000

International and multidisciplinary training which involved 48 young artists under the age of 25 (Belgian, Italian, French, Lebanese and Palestinian) and 7 artists trainers of these countries. The theme was focussing on the issue of physical work in the training of stage arts. At the end of this residency, some performances were presented in various public places in this town.

This project was supported by : European Commission, Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur Region, Vaucluse County Council, Youth and Sport Ministry, Avignon town, and French Embassy in Lebanon.

Voyages du geste # 2 – 2002 – Bonnieux / Avignon

28 young artists / 7 trainers
Duration : 3 weeks – july 2002

International and multidisciplinary training which involved 28 young artists under the age of 25 (Belgian, Italian, French, Lebanese and Portuguese) and 7 artists trainers.
At the end of the residency, the workshops were open to the public for 2 days and the young artists presented performances on the topic “A new cabaret”.
